ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop consultative strategies that create value and drive regional growth.
  • Serve as the link between customers and iGM Resins leading technologies in inks, coatings, and next generation products.
  • Understand customer needs, deliver strategic feedback (Voice of the Customer), and build access within the technical community.
  • Own the full sales cycle including account management, price and profitability targets, contract negotiations, and delivery of revenue and profit objectives.
  • Nurture customer relationships through in-person visits and effective use of digital tools.
  • Coordinate stakeholder management in key accounts, translating needs into concrete business opportunities.
  • Support sales leadership in planning volume, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Leverage CRM tools to keep metrics and reports accurate and current.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, review procedures, champion safety, and drive continuous improvement.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree from 4-year accredited university or college preferably in Sales and Marketing, Chemistry or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training and/or work experience. MBA is a plus
  • Considered a plus are candidates who have knowledge and experience of UV Market or adjacent industries (Applications/Markets, Products, Services, Competitors).

COMPETENCIES

  • Independent; working under only minimal instructions and expected to determine how to accomplish the work assignments.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial information, common technical journals, synthesizing complex or diverse information. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints, varying writing style to meet needs and or speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software and Internet software.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills, use of decimals to compute ratios and percent’s and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Travel is required for this position. Location is remote (based in the United States), and availability to travel to various locations for meetings and events is required. Travel is expected to range from 50% to 70%.
